Qingdao Guochuang Intelligent Home Appliance Research Institute Co., Ltd. announced that it will issue common shares for a gross proceeds of CNY 108.5 million on April 28, 2020. The transaction will include participation from Aucma Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:600336) for CNY 12 million for 7.571% stake, Shandong Industrial Technology Research Institute Investment and Development Co., Ltd. and other 11 investors. Post transaction the registered capital of the company will increase to CNY 158.5 million. The transaction is expected to close before June 15, 2020. The transaction has been approved at the 23rd meeting of the 7th directorate of Aucma Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:600336).
