Qingdao Aucma Asset Management Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 50 million in equity round of funding from existing investors Aucma Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:600336) and Qingdao Aucma Commercial Co., Ltd on January 9, 2019. The investors will retain their stakes of 80% and 20% respectively. The registered capital will increase from CNY 20 million to CNY 70 million. The transaction has been approved by the 15th meeting of the 7th directorate of Aucma Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:600336).
AUCMA COMPANY LIMITED is a China-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of refrigerators and freezers. The Company is also engaged in the manufacture and distribution of electric-driven bicycles, other electrical appliances and small household electrical appliances.
