Sichuan Development Guorui Mining Investment Co., Ltd. entered into a transfer agreement to acquire 30.14% stake in Atlantic China Welding Consumables, Inc. (SHSE:600558) from Sichuan Atlantic Group Co. Ltd. for free on April 14, 2017. As of March 23, 2019, the transfer of shares has not been processed and is still in progress. As of November 24, 2017, this free transfer has obtained the approvals of China Securities Regulatory Commission, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and Ministry of Commerce.

Atlantic China Welding Consumables Inc is a company mainly engaged in the research and development (R&D), production and sales of welding materials products. The Company's products include welding rods, welding wires, such as solid wires, flux cored wires and non-ferrous wires, and fluxes and welding materials ore raw materials. The Company's products are used in the production of daily necessities, infrastructure construction and major equipment manufacturing. The Company's products are exported to many countries and regions, such as Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, kazalman, Tajikistan, Tanga, Pakistan, Karachi, etc.
