Li Yu, a member of the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Apollo Medical Holdings, Inc. (the "Company"), has retired from the Board, effective January 12, 2022. Mr. Yu's retirement from the Board did not result from any disagreement with the Company relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
