Iwaki & Co., Ltd. (TSE:8095) announced that it will issue 67,200 units of series 1 stock acquisition rights at an issue price of ¥143 per share for gross proceeds of ¥9,609,600 on November 30, 2020. The transaction will involve participation from SMBC Nikko Securities Inc., Investment Arm. The transaction is expected to close on December 16, 2020. The number of shares to be issued will be 6,720,000 shares, the exercise price may be adjusted for the shares. The initial exercise price is ¥630. There is no minimum strike price. The minimum exercise price is ¥350. The company will issue shares through third party allocation method.
