Assurances Maghrebia SA (BVMT:ASSMA) agreed to acquire 23% stake in Groupe des assurances de Tunisie on December 20, 2022. The operation has been approved by the Insurance General Committee (CGA) on 20 December 2022. The transaction is expected to be finalized by the end of December 2022.
