On January 13, 2022, John F. Fairbanks notified Aspen Aerogels, Inc. (the "Company") of his intention to retire as Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective April 1, 2022. In connection with Mr. Fairbanks' retirement, the Company has announced that it intends to appoint Ricardo Rodriguez, Chief Strategy Officer of the Company, as Chief Financial Officer, effective April 1, 2022.
