The Board of Directors of Asian Marine Services PCL. at a meeting No.4/2022 held on November 29, 2022 has passed the resolution of Mr. Bumroong Chinda Independent Director and Member of Audit Committee to resign from the company due to other missions, unable to perform their duties fully, effective from January 1, 2023 onwards.
