SIA PATA-AB agreed to acquire the remaining 77.08% stake in AS PATA Saldus (RISE:SMA1R) from Saldus Merzrupniecibas Uznemums Ltd., SIA "Kubit" and others for €17.5 million on September 15, 2021. The transaction is approved by SIA PATA-AB and shareholders of AS PATA. The transaction is approved by Financial and Capital Market Commission.
