On January 2, 2020, ARMOUR Residential REIT, Inc. (ARMOUR) confirmed that a cash dividend of $0.17 per share, will be payable to holders of ARMOUR common stock for the month of January 2020. Record date is January 15, 2020. Payment date is January 30, 2020.
Additionally, the company confirmed on January 2, 2020 that cash dividend for the months of January, February and March 2020 rate of $0.1640625 per share will be payable to holders of ARMOUR Series B Preferred Stock for each of the three months in the first quarter of 2020.
