Arealink Co.,Ltd. reported non-consolidated earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015. For the quarter, the company reported operating revenues of JPY 4,963 million against JPY 4,858 million a year ago. Operating income was JPY 765 million against JPY 581 million a year ago. Ordinary income was JPY 767 million against JPY 550 million a year ago. Net income was JPY 548 million or JPY 4.47 per share against JPY 456 million or JPY 3.72 per share a year ago. Net income before income taxes was JPY 774.733 million against JPY 648.494 million a year ago.
For the fiscal year 2015, the company expects yearend dividend of JPY 2.80 per share.
For the interim period of fiscal 2015, the company expects net sales of JPY 8,020 million, operating income of JPY 915 million, ordinary income of JPY 890 million and net income of JPY 628 million or JPY 5.12 per share.
For the fiscal year ending December 31, 2015, the company expects net sales of JPY 13,400 million, operating income of JPY 1,195 million, ordinary income of JPY 1,150 million and net income of JPY 797 million or JPY 6.49 per share.
Arealink Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the provision leasing services of storage space. The Company operates in two business segments. The Real Estate Operation Service segment is involved in the provision of storage space, the setting of containers, the parking lot business, the lease, maintenance and management of secondhand real estate including offices, stores, dwelling houses and hotels, the provision of small offices, among other businesses. The Real Estate Revitalization and Liquidation Service segment adds value to its purchased real estate properties by conducting renovation works to the buildings, and sells the properties to investors.
