Archrock, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors has declared an increased quarterly dividend of $0.155 per share of common stock, or $0.62 per share on an annualized basis. The second quarter 2023 dividend will be paid on August 15, 2023 to all stockholders of record on August 8, 2023.

The aftermarket services business provides a full range of services to support the compression needs of its customers that own compression equipment, including operations, maintenance, overhaul and reconfiguration services and sales of parts and components. It provides comprehensive contract operations services, such as personnel, equipment, tools, materials and supplies to meet its customerâs natural gas compression needs.
