The Board of Aquila European Renewables plc announced to declare a second interim dividend for the quarter to 30 June 2023 of 1.3775 cents per Ordinary share. Of this amount, 0.8645 cents per ordinary share will be designated as an interest distribution. The dividend will be paid on 8 September 2023 to shareholders who appear on the register on 18 August 2023.
The Company's Ordinary shares will be marked ex-dividend on 17 August 2023.
