Sutherland Global Services, Inc. signed a definitive agreement to acquire Apollo Health Street Limited from Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited (BSE:508869), Unique Home Health Care Limited, Symphony Capital Partners (Asia) Pte. Ltd., Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited, One Equity Partners LLC and Prathap C. Reddy's family, Chairman of Apollo Health Street Limited for INR 10 billion on December 10, 2012. The deal is subject to customary regulatory and other conditions. The transaction is expected to close by February 2013.
