Certain Common Stock of Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance, Inc. are subject to a Lock-Up Agreement Ending on 27-JAN-2017. These Common Stock will be under lockup for 45 days starting from 13-DEC-2016 to 27-JAN-2017.

The ACREFI Management, LLC, and each of officers and directors have entered into an agreement with Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Citigroup Global Markets Inc, pursuant to which they will not offer their common shares or any securities convertible into or exercisable or exchangeable for common shares for a period of 45 days after the date of the prospectus.
Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance, Inc. is a real estate investment trust. The Company primarily originates, acquires, invests in and manages performing commercial first mortgage loans, subordinate financings and other commercial real estate-related debt investments. The Companyâs principal business objective is to acquire its target assets in order to provide attractive risk-adjusted returns to its stockholders over the long term, primarily through dividends and secondarily through capital appreciation.
