Anima Holding S.A. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was BRL 816.68 million compared to BRL 350.95 million a year ago. Net income was BRL 13.18 million compared to BRL 1.83 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was BRL 0.03 compared to BRL 0.0067 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was BRL 0.03 compared to BRL 0.0067 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was BRL 1,802.3 million compared to BRL 1,046.06 million a year ago. Net income was BRL 66.15 million compared to net loss of BRL 8 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was BRL 0.19 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of BRL 0.0267 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was BRL 0.19 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of BRL 0.0267 a year ago.
