Alpine Banks of Colorado Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend on Class A and Class B Common Share, Payable on April 26, 2021

Alpine Banks of Colorado announced that a quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per Class B nonvoting common share will be paid on April 26, 2021, to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 19, 2021. Additionally, a quarterly cash dividend of $24.00 per Class A voting common share will be paid on April 26, 2021, to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 19, 2021.
