Last night, Alpha MOS reported a 4% increase in full-year 2022 sales to 5.8 million euros, and said it was counting on accelerated growth in 2023, announcements that were greeted without emotion by the market on Wednesday.

After a first half marked by confinements in China and a slowdown in investments linked to the war in Ukraine and raw material inflation, the electronic nose manufacturer says the second half saw a return to strong growth.

Revenues for the second half of the year are up by over 40% compared with the first half of 2022, and by 30% compared with the second half of 2021.

Alpha MOS, which points out that Asia has once again become a growth driver, says it is in a position to absorb strong commercial growth in 2023, while maintaining its operating performance.

For its Foodtech business, the group says it intends to maintain its growth momentum with a double-digit growth rate.

On the Medtech side, Alpha MOS intends to continue to seek specialized investors likely to help it support the development of the business.

All these announcements were greeted with little enthusiasm on Wednesday on the Paris Bourse, where the share posted a limited gain of 0.7% since the start of the morning.
