Hernandez has more than 20 years of experience as a business banker in the Phoenix market. Before joining Alerus, he served as a business banker at First Citizens Bank in Scottsdale, Arizona. Prior to that he served as a business banker at Bank of America in Scottsdale. He is based in Alerus's Scottsdale office.
