Aldrees Petroleum & Transport Services Company has appointed Abdulelah Saad Aldrees as Managing Director. The effective date is December 22, 2014. The new Board of Directors approved the following appointments: Hamad Mohammed Aldrees, Chairman of the Board of Directors; Abdulelah Saad Aldrees, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.
Reorganization of the main committees of the new board such as, Executive Committee, Audit Committee, Governance Committee for a new term of three years.
