Summary:
Registration of Capital Increase by Bonus Issue and Date for Receiving Bonus Shares
It had previously been announced to the public that, regarding the paid in capital of our company, with 500.000.000,- TL registered capital and 223.467.000,- TL paid in capital; to be increased by 211.533.000,- TL amount corresponding to 21.153.300.000 number of bearer shares with 1 Kr nominal value each, to be raised to 435.000.000,- TL and the related article 8. of the articles of association to be amended, we had applied to Capital Market Board on the date 12.07.2018 and in the bulletin of Capital Market Board dated 04.09.2018, no. 2018/38, our application had been approved.
The capital increase by bonus issue has been registered by the İstanbul Trade Registry on the dare 12.09.2018. The starting date for utilization right of receiving bonus shares is 14.09.2018.
It is announced to the public.
