Newtyn Partners, LP and Newtyn TE Partners, LP both managed by Newtyn Management, LLC, acquired additional 0.46% stake in Akastor ASA (OB:AKA) on January 20, 2017. As part of transaction, Newtyn Management acquired approximately 1.26 million additional Akastor shares increasing its shareholding to 40.3% stake representing approximately 15.07% stake in Akastor.
