The Company invests in such types of properties as arable lands, including fields, orchard and vegetable gardens, vineyards, meadows, among others, and uncultivated lands; forests and woodlands; properties in urbanized territories intended for residential, public-servicing, production, storage, resort, sports and entertainment functions. In addition, it acquires newly constructed and completed buildings, such as industrial, business, farm, as well as parts of such buildings. On May 14, 2014, Winslow Land Invest AD raised its interest in the Company to 76.31%.
