Remark                                   :
In 2021 the Company will make an extra dividend at the rate of 0.30 Baht (Thirty
satang) with company's share par value 1 baht, by specifying the date of record
for the right to receive the dividend on April 22, 2022, and dividend payment
was scheduled on May 9, 2022. And in view of the fact that the Company had made
an interim dividend payment on September 9, 2021 at the rate of 0.70 Baht
(Seventy satang) with company's share par value 5 Baht. Therefore, if calculated
from company's share par value 1 baht, the company makes a total dividend at
the rate of 0.44 baht (Forty-four satang) for the year 2021.
