Ad-Sol Nissin Corporation announced non-consolidated earnings results for the six months ended September 30, 2019. For the period, the company reported net sales of JPY 6,522 million against JPY 5,930 million a year ago. Operating income was JPY 622 million against JPY 525 million a year ago. Ordinary income was JPY 636 million against JPY 518 million a year ago. Net income was JPY 439 million against JPY 358 million a year ago. Net income per share was JPY 48.11 against JPY 39.79 a year ago. Diluted net income per share was JPY 47.16 against JPY 38.86 a year ago.
For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2020, the company expects to report net sales of JPY 12,600 million, operating income of JPY 1,100 million, ordinary income of JPY 1,108 million, and net income of JPY 703 million or JPY 77.14 per share.
Ad-Sol Nissin Corporation is primarily engaged in development of information systems and provision of solutions. The Company operates in two segments. The Social System segment provides total solutions for device control and credit related to social infrastructures such as core systems of social infrastructure companies, energy (electricity, gas), railway, aviation, communications, disaster prevention, plant, geographical information and others. The IoT system segment, based on OS kernel technology, device and driver development, the Company develops embedded software that combines know-how and security, provides solutions in fields such as electric communication, security and consulting, short distance wireless communication, location information and others, centering on security, energy, environment, medical care, factory and others.
