Siauliu Bankas : Ben's type fee is no longer valid

Please be advised that according to the Payments Directive of the European Union, 2015/2366 (PSD2), the type of BEN fee is no longer valid for transfers to another bank.
From 13 January 2018, BEN type fee type will no longer be applicable to any payments to the European Union and European Economic Area countries (Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). From 13 February 2018, this type of fee shall no longer apply to other credit transfers, regardless of country and currency.
BEN fee means that fees of for the credit transfer of Šiaulių Bankas and foreign banks are paid by the beneficiary.

Clients who agree with the updated Šiaulių Bankas service fees do not need to take any actions Clients who disagree with the amendments to service fees have a right to terminate the bank account or payment card issuance agreement as it is foreseen by the General Rules for the Provision of Services of Šiaulių Bankas by informing the bank in writing prior to the effective day of the updated fees. It is deemed that the Client agrees with the published amendments if he does not inform the Bank regarding his disagreement prior to the effective day of the amendments.
