HEIDELBERG (dpa-AFX) - Former S.Oliver boss Jürgen Otto has surprisingly become the new CEO of Heidelberger Druck. The previous CEO Luwdin Monz will step down from his position at his own request on June 30 and leave the Management Board, the SDax-listed printing press manufacturer announced in Heidelberg on Friday. Monz's decision was made "in agreement with the Supervisory Board". According to the press release, CEO Martin Sonnenschein regretted Monz's departure.

The Supervisory Board is also expanding the Management Board: Head of Sales David Schmedding will be appointed as a new member of the board on July 1. Tanja von der Goltz will continue to be responsible for finances as the third member of the Management Board./ngu/stw
