Investment objective

The Fund aims to track the performance of the Tokyo Stock Exchange REIT Index by investing all, or substantially all of its assets, in REITs that are included or are due to be included in the Tokyo Stock Exchange REIT Index. Individual REITs that comprise the Fund will be held in proportions approximately equivalent to the ratio derived from the component proportions in terms of market capitalization of individual REITs included in the Tokyo Stock Exchange REIT Index.
