Sunshine Insurance Group Company Limited announced that due to the expiration of their terms of office, Mr. WANG Jingwei and Mr. CHEN Yong will cease to be the non-executive Directors of the Company from the date of the election of the seventh session of the Board at the shareholders' general meeting of the Company.
