The consulting and engineering firm specializing in connected systems reported revenue of 82.57 million euros for 2025, remaining virtually flat compared to the 82.68 million euros recorded a year earlier.
Operational profitability, however, trended lower. EBITDA reached 6.28 million euros, representing 7.6% of revenue, a decline of 1.7 percentage points. This contraction was primarily driven by a 1.1-point drop in the utilization rate, which had a 0.7 million euro impact, compounded by an unfavorable calendar effect of 0.3 million euros.
In this context, current operating income came in at 5.7% of revenue, compared to 7.4% a year earlier, in line with management's expectations.
Finally, net income fell sharply to 2.7 million euros, a 33% year-on-year decrease.
IT Link's net cash position remained significantly positive at the end of 2025, standing at 3.8 million euros, compared to 5.2 million euros a year earlier.
Despite a start to the fiscal year still hampered by a production rate below group standards, management noted an improvement in activity toward the end of the first quarter. IT Link thus anticipates a return to growth as early as the second quarter and is targeting revenue growth of between 1% and 3% for the full year.
Concurrently, management aims for a recovery in profitability, with a target current operating margin of around 6% in 2026, while remaining vigilant in the face of an uncertain macroeconomic and geopolitical environment.
Looking ahead to 2028, IT Link has set several structural objectives. The group is targeting revenue in excess of 100 million euros, while maintaining international exposure at around 20% of its business. Furthermore, "Solutions" activities are expected to account for 15% of revenue. Finally, management aims to return to a profitability level exceeding 7%.
