The payment solutions group has reported a net profit, group share, of €521 million for 2025, up 2.8%, as well as a record adjusted EPS of €2.59, up 10%, and free cash flow of €1,111 million, up 34%.
Edenred posted an annual EBITDA of €1,360 million, an increase of 11.2% on a like-for-like basis, "illustrating the combined effect of revenue growth and the initial efficiency gains of the Fit for Growth program".
Its total revenue rose by 3.7% to €3 billion ( 5.7% on a like-for-like basis), including operational revenue of €2.73 billion, up 6.2% on a like-for-like basis despite the impact of regulatory changes in Italy.
In particular, Edenred highlighted an acceleration in operational revenue in the fourth quarter of 2025, up 9.7% on a like-for-like basis compared to the same period in 2024, excluding the impact of a regulatory change in Italy.
