Prior to that, he was the General Manager & Executive Director at Tianjin Development Holdings Ltd.
from 2004 to 2023.
He also worked as the GM-Investment Development at Tsinlien Group Co., Ltd.
and as the Manager-Assets Management at Tianjin Development Assets Management Co., Ltd.
Dr. Li received his undergraduate degree from Tianjin University in 1995, followed by an MBA from Tianjin University in 2003.
He later obtained a doctorate degree from Nankai University in 2009.
