Prior to joining Oak's Palo Alto office in February of 1995, Ms. Eddington was a corporate litigator for five years with the San Francisco law firm of Carroll, Burdick and McDonough.
At Oak, she acts as internal corporate counsel working closely with the IT team in evaluating legal issues associated with venture financings, supervising the legal and financial due diligence process with outside counsel, and assisting portfolio companies with their legal issues and projects.
She holds a BA in political science from Stanford University and a JD from the University of San Francisco.
