Valery Lobarev is Chief Technology Officer of Sloud, Inc. He joined Sloud in 2005.
He was a Researcher in the Department of General and Theoretical Physics at Kiev Polytechnic Institute from 1982 to 1984.
Mr. Lobarev was Head of Laboratory at the Kiev Institute of Physics of the Alive.
He has experience in research and development of complex signal processing systems.
Mr. Lobarev received an MS degree in Quantum Radiophysics and Electronics from Kiev State University.
