Thomas, CFA MBA, is a Co-Head of Wealth Client Group at Northern Trust Investments, Inc. She serves on the Asset Management Executive Group with oversight of the wealth client segment.

Currently, she serves on Northern Trust's Investment Policy Committee and is a member of Northern Trust's Employee Benefit Investment Committee, which has fiduciary investment responsibility for Northern Trust's employee benefit plans.
Previously, she served on the Investment Governance Committee and the Investment Advisory Committee.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Thomas was an Equity Analyst & Vice President at Putnam Investments, a high yield analyst at Fidelity Investments and an investment strategy analyst at SEI Investments.
She has an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Chicago.
She is a CFA charterholder and is a Certified Private Wealth Advisor professional.
