Sergey Alexandrovich Vybornov

Sergey Alexandrovich Vybornov has been President of ALROSA Co. Ltd.
since 9th February 2007.
Prior to joining ALROSA, he was Director General of OJSC from 2002 to 2007, Head of Investment and Credit Department for RJSC, Advisor of CJSC from 1998 to 2000, Director General of Federal Centre of Project Financing from 1995 to 1997, Vice Chairman of Joint-Stock Bank from 1994 to 1995 and Bank of Entrepreneurship Development from 1997 to 1998, Financial and Investment Cooperation Section of RF Government Office from 1992 to1994 and Second Secretary, International Economic Cooperation Department, USSR Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 1980 to 1992.
Mr. Vybornov received a degree from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) in 1980 and a Diploma in International Relations from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, in 1993.
