Mr. Wood joined Moelis in July 2010.
He has wealth of investment banking experience during which time he has advised some of the largest global power and infrastructure companies on critical strategic transactions both in the US and internationally.
Prior to joining Rothschild in 2005, he was a Managing Director in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Citigroup in New York focused on the electric utility and independent power sectors.
He previously worked in Energy Investment Banking at JP Morgan in New York and London and began his career as a member of JP Morgan's Mergers and Acquisitions Group in London.
