Prior to joining Parthenon Capital in 2008, Mr. Jibowu worked in the investment banking division at Morgan Stanley as an analyst in the Financial Institutions group.
While at Morgan Stanley, he focused on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, carve-outs, leveraged buyouts and equity, debt and hybrid capital financings for a variety of financial institutions, financial technology companies and real estate companies.
Mr. Jibowu's responsibilities included financial modeling, detailed business and financial due diligence and a variety of business and valuation analyses.
Mr. Jibowu graduated from Harvard University with an A.B. in Government and a concentration in Social Studies.
