Mr. Paul Stscherban is a Managing Director at Robert W.

Prior to joining Baird, he began his career in 1982 and spent nine years working for Raffensperger Hughes - a regional municipal bond firm.
Focusing primarily on municipal bond management, he quickly realized the primary concern of those with wealth was to preserve it.
Since then his investment philosophy has been centered on the preservation of capital, and his focus has always been on helping clients pursue their financial goals and implementing an investment strategy that will afford both long-term financial security and growth.
