He has over 30 years of experience developing specified technology businesses.
He started his career with Raychem, later Tyco, servicing global automotive, aerospace and electronics markets.
As CEO, he restructured Amiantit’s international businesses and drove its merger with Hobas to create Amiblu, a €400M composite pipe group which he went on lead.
Most recently, as CEO, he built Mateenbar from a small operation in Dubai into the world’s leading composite rebar business.
Mateenbar now has a JV in Dammam supported by an MOU with Saudi Aramco and its site in North Carolina was sold to Owens Corning.
Nick’s expertise lies in developing teams and strategic relationships to build differentiated solutions-based businesses.
