Mr. Michel Leclerc is Regional Director at Desjardins Capital de risque.
Prior to joining Desjardins as portfolio manager for member companies of the Caisses Populaires.
Since 1991, he has served as an investment and funds development counsellor for the Fédération des caisses populaires Desjardins du Bas-Saint-Laurent.
