In 2005 they became Hakon Invest AB (Private Equity) and changed their name to ICA Gruppen AB (Private Equity) in 2013 when Hakon Invest acquired the remaining 60% of ICA from Royal Ahold and the newly formed group changed their name to ICA Gruppen.
