Matt Tesarfreund

Matt Tesarfreund is a Vice President on the Town Hall Ventures team.
He helps drive the firm's sourcing and diligence efforts and supports portfolio companies post investment.
Previously he led the Finance & Strategy team at Headway as the business scaled to become the largest network of therapists in the country.
Prior to Headway, Matt was a Manager at Bain & Company in their healthcare practice where he worked with executives across the healthcare ecosystem to develop and drive strategic initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Matt held roles at FFL Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, and at Mount Sinai, a major health system in New York.
