Mr. Mark Macedo is a Principal at Ares Management LLC.
He joined Ares in August 2011.
Prior to joining Wrightwood Capital, he was principal and co-founder of Hanover Financial Company where he was responsible for the implementation of the firm's strategic objectives as well as fund management.
Prior to joining Hanover, he held the position of West Coast Director of commercial loan originations for Heller Real Estate Financial Services, a division of Heller Financial Incorporated.
He also held the positions of Asset Manager and Portfolio Manager, West Region where he managed a $700 million portfolio of real estate property loans/accounts comprising of 105 commercial and multifamily properties throughout the Western United States (Colorado to the Pacific Coast).
He also held the position of real estate consultant with Robert Charles Lesser and Company where he performed strategic, financial, and market analyses for over 100 consulting assignments throughout the United States.
Mr. Macedo holds a BA and an MBA in Finance from Loyola Marymount University.
