Margo was previously at The Boston Consulting Group as the Head of North America Talent Acquisition Sourcing, Business Services where she identified, attracted, and vetted talent for key senior level hires, and drove initiatives dedicated to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
Margo was at Heidrick & Struggles as an Executive Recruiter in the Private Equity Practice focusing on portfolio C-Suite placements before founding her own Executive Search firm.
Prior she was at Farallon Capital Management as an Investor Relations Manager and MBA Recruiter.
Margo started her career at Morgan Stanley as an Associate covering hedge funds in Equity Financing Services and as a Financial Analyst in Private Wealth Management at Goldman Sachs.
Margo holds a PhD in Education from the University of Maine, an MA in Developmental Psychology from Columbia University, and a BA in American Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
