In addition, he was a Branch President for First Chicago and its successors from 1990 through 1999.
He also maintained his own tax practice from 1983 through 1999 and obtained his first investment licenses in 1999.
Leo joined SPC in November 1999 and is a Registered Principal with Raymond James Financial Services, Inc. He joined Edward G.
Sella to form Sella & Martinic, LLC, Certified Public Accountants in November 1999.
He has spent over a decade as a partner in Sella & Martinic, LLC.
S&M provides tax preparation and tax consulting services focusing on individuals, small businesses, estates and trusts.
Mr. Martinic graduated from Marquette University in 1980 cum laude with a B.S.
in Accounting.
He worked for Price Waterhouse in Milwaukee from 1980 to 1983 and received his CPA designation in 1984.
Leo is a member of the AICPA and MACPA.
