Jake Harris

Jake Harris is a Vice President at Bluestone Equity Partners.
Harris is an investment professional with seven years of sports, media and entertainment transaction experience across private equity, corporate development and investment banking.
Prior to Bluestone, he led investments across various SME business units within Endeavor’s M&A and Corporate Development group.
While there, he handled all aspects of the M&A process, including business diligence, transaction structuring, third party diligence and long-form documentation.
Before joining Endeavor, Harris was a Senior Associate at Abry Partners, where he worked on leveraged buyout and structured growth equity investments across media, telecommunications and tech-enabled business services sectors.
During his time at Abry, he supported many portfolio companies in strategic M&A, capital markets and liquidity events.
Harris began his career as an analyst in the Technology, Media and Telecom group at Lazard, where he helped advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, debt financings and equity offerings.
Harris graduated summa cum laude from Emory University with a B.B.A. in Finance.
During his time at Emory, was the President of the Goizueta Investment Banking Academy, which provides guidance and best practices to undergraduate students looking to begin a career in investment banking
