She previouslyworked in the Restructuring and Reorganization Group of the Blackstone Group where she advised clients across a broad range of industries in mergers, acquisitions and restructuring transactions.
Ms. Wheeler graduated Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A.
in Economics and International Relations with Distinction.
