Enis Aryas

Enis Aryas is responsible for Tishman Speyer’s activities in the U.K., having joined in 2012 to help the firm establish its business in Turkey.
In 2015, Enis moved to London to pursue acquisitions across European markets where Tishman Speyer did not already have a presence.
In that role, Enis explored acquisition opportunities in Madrid, Milan, Amsterdam, Dublin, and London, leading the firm’s re-entry into Madrid after 15 years and a new opportunity in London’s trendy Angel Square neighborhood.
Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, Enis was the General Manager of Biodenta Turkey, a Swiss headquartered healthcare and real estate start-up.
He also previously worked at DCM as Manager of their Ottoman Fund, and Lehman Brothers in their New York and Los Angeles Global Real Estate Investment Banking Group.
Enis is a member of the Urban Land Institute and graduated from Tulane University with a BS in Management.
