Prior to joining HCB in 1990, Mr. Bartz spent the first 13 years of his professional career working in the trust departments of Key Bank and later, M&T Bank.
Mr. Bartz is a 1975 graduate of St. Lawrence University and in 1984, he earned an M.B.A. from the University at Buffalo.
Mr. Bartz is a member of the CFA Institute, and the Buffalo Society of Security Analysts.
